Fluid Bed Dryer

Fluidized bed dryer/granulator often employed with the spray dryers and granulation systems, which used for producing free-flowing granulate from liquids. It can be used in different applications in various industries, since the product properties can be varied in many ways by setting process technical parameters and configurations. The granules are suitable for tiny particles of 50 micrometers to 5 millimeters.

2. Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer The material enters the vibrating fluid bed dryer from the inlet. And it will continuously move along the horizontal direction under the action of the vibration force. The hot air will pass through the fluid bed from the bottom to realize heat exchanging with wet material.
2. Fluid Bed Granulator/Pelletizer/Processor The granulator with dry rolling compactor adopts extruding, crushing and granule processing to produce dry particles required.
