Spray Dryer

Spray drying is a continuous processing method for over 150 years, which is used to produce free-flowing dry powder from any type of liquid or slurry feed directly with a hot gas, especially applicable for drying thermally sensitive material. Spray dryer is widely used across many industries such as food, beverage, chemical, ceramic materials, pigment, pharmaceutical and agro alimentary industries.

Spray drying system:

The spray drying equipment dries granular powders from liquid solutions to achieve a variety of industrial applications. Spray dried powder is made by rapidly drying the liquid or slurry with a hot air stream. The liquid or slurry is distributed through a rotary atomizer or spray nozzle to the chamber. The fine powder generated by the first stage drying can be recycled in continuous flow either at the top of the chamber or at the bottom, inside the integrated fluidized bed.
