The horizontal spray drying machine adopts the advanced tail gas recovery system. Customers can choose types according to the arrangement of their own factory.
The horizontal spray drying machine can realize material atomization, dehydration, transportation and powder production. The whole process is accomplished within a compact drying box continuously, so the floor area is reduced and the possibility of secondary pollution will be reduced as well.
This drying system has only one powder outlet so that the uniformity of the final powder product can be kept (granule size and water content).
In order to reduce power consumption, this machine is equipped with tail gas heat energy recovery system. According to the test, it can save 30% energy compared with that without heat energy recovery system.
